What type of payments do you accept?

Most orders are shipped on the same day or next day that the payment has been cleared.


You will receive an email with the tracking number number information once your order has been shipped.


 

How do I use a promo code? 

At checkout, you may enter valid promo codes. Coqueta Swimwear promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly.

After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. 

Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. 

Can I make a change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. Our warehouse processes the orders immediately to guarantee that it will arrive promptly to you.


Please contact us immediately if changes are needed.


 We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer expedited shipping for most items.

1-2 handling days are required for ordering processing.  Carrier times may take from 2 to 3 business days to deliver.

International shipping - There will be Duties & Taxes ?

All International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. 


 Usually there are no taxes for orders shipped with first class mail.


 Please check your local customs website for more information on your contry duties and fees taxes.

Can I exchange my order?

The fastest way to exchange your item is by returning your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Step 1 :


Place and pay for a new order. The order will be processed immediately. 


Step 2:


Go to our RETURN PORTAL and login using your order number and size code, after you located your order, select the items you with to send for refund.


When we receive your returned items, we will issue the refund. 


Please note that return postage cost ($4.75) will be deducted from your refund.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices are quoted in USD unless you are located in Canada, where prices are listed in CAD, the currency will automatically change from USD to CAD.

What are your payment terms?

Our terms of payment are net 30 days, unless otherwise specified. Pre-payment may be required prior for shipping to certain locations.

What is your refund policy?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the lot-specific datasheet provided with the product. Should you have a technical issue with a product, please contact our technical support services.

Can I return the product?

All returns must have prior authorization from EcomSolid, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. Products must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Return condition must be the same or equivalent to EcomSolid original packaging.

I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from us for both the returned product and the new replacement product.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

Malfunction and/or breakage/damage resulting from any external factors after delivery of product is covered under our terms of warranty. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.
