What type of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and Paypal.

Can I cancel an order that has been paid?

All orders are immediately forwarded to our shipping facility to guarantee delivery times. We cannot cancel an order once is placed



When will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped on the same day or next day that the payment has been cleared.

You will receive an email with the tracking number number information once your order has been shipped.


How do I use a promo code? 


At checkout, you may enter valid promo codes. Promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly.

After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. 

Only one promotional code can be used per order.

After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders.

Do you ship to my country?


We ship worldwide, if you do not see your country on the check out please contact us.


International shipping - There will be Duties & Taxes ?

 All International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. 

 Usually there are no taxes for orders shipped with first class mail.

 Please check your local customs website for more information on your contry duties and fees taxes.


International shipping - Delivery times

Most of our International shipments are handled by our partner Asendia. 

Your package will be shipped to them to be forwarded to you.

International shippings can take from 15 to 45 days to be delivered, depending on the destination.



How do I exchange my item?

The fastest way to exchange your item is by returning your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Step 1 :

Place and pay for a new order. The order will be processed immediately. For faster delivery, you can choose express delivery. 

Step 2:

Go to our RETURN PORTAL and login using your order number and size code, after you located your order, select the items you with to send for refund.

When we receive your returned items, we will issue the refund. 

Do I pay for shipping on exchanges?

We will send your item free of shipping charges in the case you use the FREE shipping option on the check out.

If you need your item to be shipped quicker, you may select the expedited shipping option and pay for the faster shipping.

The shipping costs related to the postage label purchased by you to return your item, will be deducted from your refund. This amount may vary depending on the quantity of items you are sending back to return. A commom cost for a return shipping label varies between 4.50 and 6.00.



What is your return policy? gladly accepts returns on all unworn merchandise, except sale items, for a refund or store credit within 30 days from purchase date.

To ensure the prompt processing of your return, please know that all garment MUST be unused. 

We are unable to process returns on any items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or missing the original packaging. If we receive returned goods in any of the above listed conditions, we will return them to address associated with your account.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are defined as any item that was sold on at a discount from the suggested full retail price.

While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date for US orders.

Eligible items must be returned in their original condition 

– not worn, washed or damaged 

– and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging. 

- items must be a regular price item, not an promotion item

 Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary the slip. 

 Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.  

 It is at Coqueta discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. 


What items are not refundable?


- Items purchased past the 30 day return policy.

- Items marked as final sale. 

- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value. 

- Sales and clearance items.

- Original shipping and handling fees.

- International orders


When will I receive my refund?

It may take up to 15 days for your refund to be processed.

Once your items are inspected by the return department, you will receive your refund credited to the method of payment you used when you purchased the item.
