Tiger Orange FACE MASK - Comfortable Washable Unisex Mask

I have a son with a love of tigers. He was so excited when we received this black/orange tiger-print mask, and it fit perfectly. It was also soft and easy to breath through. The insert in the packaging instructed that we wash it before first use. I washed it with the other masks we received from the same company that day on the cold "delicates" cycle, then threw them all in the cold drier, also set on "delicates", for 5 minutes. (Note that this cold washing would not be sufficient for masks that need to be washed after a day of use.) The black/grey shading completely washed off. It's now orange stripes over a weirdly-metal peach color. Not only does this no longer look boy-appropriate, but it doesn't look like tiger stripes anymore. He was very disappointed. He never even got to wear it other than the initial try-on. I sent an email to the company, and even included the photo I attached here. They never responded. I understand a possible "bad batch" in printing, but they should have at least responded to the feedback. Their ad says "washing machine and drier machine safe", and the insert in their package specifically instructed that we wash it.

I have have made a couple orders and all masks are comfortable, fit well and are well made! Needing to be safe in the world right now is so important, and if you can do that with a little fun and flare, all the better!! SO happy to have found this company and these masks!
